Privacy notice

Who is responsible

Void Runner is operated by Emre Ateş, an individual developer based in Türkiye. For privacy requests, contact support@voidrunnergame.com. You can also reach the operator at bettermediacompany1@gmail.com.

Information used by the game

The game stores a guest or registered account identifier, profile name, friend code, progression, runs, scores, challenges, saved loadouts, cosmetic entitlements and social connections. Registering an account also provides an email address and a protected password credential. Sessions can include your IP address and browser information. Technical logs and gameplay events help operate the service, investigate failures and protect competition integrity.

Storage on your device

Session cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage keeps settings, local progress and onboarding state. Clearing browser data may remove local saves and access to an unlinked guest account. These policy pages do not load the game, create an account or run analytics.

Purposes and legal grounds

Account and purchase information is used to provide the service you request and fulfil purchases. Security, abuse prevention and service diagnostics support the legitimate interests of operating a reliable game, subject to applicable law and your rights. Records may also be processed to meet legal obligations. Optional public features use the information you choose to submit.

Public information and service providers

Your pilot name, scores and run results may appear in leaderboards and shared challenges. Friend features expose relevant profile, challenge and online-status information to other players. Do not put private information in a public pilot name. Hosting providers process service data; Polar handles checkout and payment-related information; Namecheap email forwarding and Gmail handle support messages. These providers may process information outside Türkiye.

Payments

Polar acts as merchant of record for purchases. The game receives order references, payment status and product information to deliver or revoke paid access, and retains payment event records. Card entry is handled by the payment provider, not the game. Read Polar’s privacy policy for its processing.

Retention and your choices

Account and progression records are retained to provide continuing access. Payment, security and support records may need to be retained for disputes or legal obligations. Copies may remain in restricted backups until those backups are replaced or expire. Contact the operator to request access, correction, deletion or information about processing and recipients. Depending on applicable law, you may also object to processing, request restriction, or complain to the relevant data protection authority. We may need to verify ownership before acting; deleting an account can remove progress and access.

Updates

This notice may be updated when the service or its data handling changes. The revision date is shown above. For questions or a request under applicable data protection law, use the contact addresses above.
