Operator and service
Void Runner is a browser game operated by Emre Ateş, an individual developer based in Türkiye. Contact support@voidrunnergame.com or bettermediacompany1@gmail.com. These terms describe your use of the game.
Your account
Keep access to your account secure. Guest access depends on browser storage and session information; linking an account helps preserve access across sessions. Do not share credentials, impersonate others or use another person’s payment method without permission. Contact support if you lose access to a purchase.
Fair play
Do not manipulate scores, exploit the service to gain unfair competitive advantage, harass other players or disrupt the service. Invalid scores can be excluded and abusive accounts restricted. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Paid cosmetic packages
PRO and Founder are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The current package contents, price and any applicable tax are displayed before payment. Cosmetics do not change combat statistics, weapons or hitboxes. Founder includes the PRO cosmetics; a separate PRO purchase is not required. Paid access is tied to the purchasing game account.
Purchase and delivery
Polar is the merchant of record and reseller for checkout. Its buyer terms also apply to that transaction. Access is delivered after payment confirmation. Keep your receipt and contact support if delivery is delayed. See the refund policy for billing or delivery problems.
Licence and availability
You receive permission to play the game and use the purchased cosmetics for personal use through the service. Purchasing a cosmetic does not transfer ownership of game artwork or code. Features and balancing may change, and service interruptions can occur. These terms do not promise perpetual server operation or remove remedies available under applicable law.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may raise questions or disputes with the operator or the relevant consumer authority. Changes to these terms will be reflected in the revision date; material changes affecting purchases will be communicated where required.
