Start with your receipt
For duplicate charges, an incorrect purchase, missing cosmetics or a refund request, email support@voidrunnergame.com. If forwarding is unavailable, use bettermediacompany1@gmail.com. Include your Polar order reference, game pilot name and a short description. Never send a password or full card details.
How requests are handled
Refund requests are reviewed with Polar, the merchant of record, according to the issue, applicable consumer law and payment rules. If paid content is not delivered or does not work as described, contact us so delivery can be corrected or an appropriate remedy arranged. This policy does not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or waive mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or other consumer rights.
One-time purchases
PRO and Founder are single payments with no automatic renewal. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Founder includes the PRO cosmetics; buying both is not necessary. Check the package description before purchasing.
PRO to Founder upgrades
Eligible verified PRO purchases receive credit toward Founder. The signed-in store shows the credit and remaining price before checkout. This discounted upgrade depends on keeping the credited PRO purchase. A full or partial refund of that PRO purchase removes its upgrade credit and the linked Founder upgrade. Refunding only the Founder upgrade leaves an otherwise valid PRO purchase in place. Contact support about linked orders so any remaining charge and access issue can be reviewed together; your statutory rights are unchanged.
After a refund
When a full refund is confirmed, the paid entitlement associated with that order is removed. Free gameplay and unrelated purchases are not revoked by that refund. Payment-processing times depend on Polar and the payment method; we do not promise an instant return of funds.
